most people don't know that the rubber gasket is removable to clean and wash underneath it. mine had some coffee stains under the gasket, I removed the rubber gasket then sprayed with Clorox Cleanup that I removed with a toothbrush and the Clorox Cleanup removed all build the coffee stain. the cover looks crystal clear again as it did when it was new. I hope this helps someone with this problem.
